Job Description

The Senior Infrastructure Development Manager will lead the growth of Turner & Townsend's Infrastructure business in Asia.

This role involves developing and delivering compelling service propositions for the Asia Infrastructure market, engaging with potential clients and alliance partners to build a pipeline of opportunities, and building capability and value propositions to achieve high levels of conversion for the opportunity pipeline.

The successful candidate will have 20+ years of industry experience, including leading the development and delivery of major infrastructure projects and programmes.

They will also have a strong track record of selling consulting services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate at programme board level.

The role requires a deep understanding of programme set-up, programme delivery, project management, project controls, and pre- and post-contract QS services.

The Senior Infrastructure Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth outside current key accounts, supporting Key Account Managers in maximising their opportunity, and ensuring that service reviews and assurance activities are happening and that our service delivery meets/exceeds client expectations.

Overall accountability for the Infrastructure P&L in Asia will also be required.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong leadership qualities, guiding and leading internal teams and providing clear leadership on behalf of clients.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise covering programme set-up, programme delivery, project management, project controls, and pre- and post-contract QS services.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong influencer, able to operate at programme board level and comfortable presenting to large groups.
  • A proven track record of delivering major infrastructure projects and programmes, with a focus on programme set-up, programme delivery, and project management.
  • Experience working within both client and contractor environments, with a proven ability to sell consulting services.
