The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of HKD 600,000 - HKD 800,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Senior IT Infrastructure Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure work stream, ensuring compliance with HASLA third-party management guidelines. The role involves collaborating with various business departments to understand their IT service demands and managing partners to deliver required IT services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, reviewing, and maintaining processes, procedures, and guidelines for partner operations in data centers, hardware systems, mobile devices, VM environments, databases, network systems, and security systems.
  • Working closely with the Information Security Officer to ensure infrastructure operations comply with HASLA Information Security Control Standards.
  • Leading information security risk assessments and providing supporting information for audit processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any computer-related discipline.
  • At least 6 years' experience in outsourcing vendor management and participation in various technologies in multiple roles.
  • Detailed understanding and practical experience of multiple IT disciplines, including IT Service Management, IT Operation & Support, Maintaining IT Systems, Systems Integration, and Applications Development.
  • Detailed knowledge of IT process and governance frameworks, such as CobiT, ISO27001, or ITIL.
