Key Responsibilities

The Personalized Service Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive personalized and exceptional service during their stay at Rosewood Hotel Group.

  • Search guest backgrounds, photos, and interests prior to arrival to enhance recognition and personalization.
  • Compile daily reports on upcoming arrivals and in-house Special Attention Guests to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Be responsible for advising relevant management for upcoming Special Attention Guests, so that special requirements and action may need to be addressed and taken accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest profiles, stays, forms of payment, and rates applied.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a guest-facing role or food and beverage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and personalized experiences.
  • Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with another language being an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and coordinate between different departments.
