High-Performing Treasury Marketing Expert

Maintain Strategic Business Partnerships with Traders and other product Sales of Global Markets. Collaborate closely within your team to maximize revenue growth and provide backup support for colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in Treasury Marketing or development. You should be well-versed in derivatives and investment-related products, with excellent analytical and marketing skills.
This role requires a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn about innovative financial products. Additionally, you must adhere to professional conduct and possess good personal qualities.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can effectively communicate with both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including spoken and written fluency in Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of effective sales plans, leveraging market insights and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Corporate Banking, Market Risk, IT, and Transaction Banking, to drive business growth and expansion.
- Provide expert input on product development, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with at least 2 years' experience in the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in Treasury Marketing or development, with a deep understanding of derivatives and investment-related products.
- Excellent analytical and marketing skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- A strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn about innovative financial products.
- Licensed for dealing in securities (Type 1) and advising on securities (Type 4), with other necessary professional qualification licenses for treasury marketing.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese, including spoken and written proficiency in Mandarin.
