- Business Case Analysis: Provide business case analysis to support new product development and customization of existing products to meet specific customer needs.
- Process Optimization: Ensure comprehensive documentation, systems, and processes are well-developed and continuously optimized to increase internal efficiencies and enhance the customer experience.
- Relationship Building: Build strong collaborative relationships with our IoT Business Lines, domestic and overseas offices, and external operators to drive product development and market opportunities.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with external operators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure products are delivered on-time with cost efficiency, including price negotiation, project status monitoring, and technical issue coordination.
- Product Training and Updates: Provide product training and updates to internal teams and stakeholders as needed.
- Education: Degree or above in Telecommunication, Engineering, Business Management, or related disciplines.
- Experience: 5 years or above of technical product development and product management experience in the telecommunication industry.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate strong professional experience in mobile product development (core network, cloud connectivity, mobile platform) and hands-on experience in product cost management and revenue streams.
- Cloud and IoT Knowledge: Sound knowledge in Cloud and IoT platforms such as AEP, CMP will be advantageous.
