Job Title: Production Operations Manager

Vita Green Health Product Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations of our manufacturing units. This role involves coordinating and optimizing all aspects of the production process to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products while maintaining a high level of quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to production operations staff, setting performance goals, providing training and development opportunities, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Manage and allocate production resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets, monitor resource utilization, and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization, monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Continuously evaluate production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity, implementing lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Prepare production reports and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management, analyzing data and providing insights to drive operational improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 years of proven work experience in sizable GMP production or manufacturing operations, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
