Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an AV Support Specialist. This role will involve coordinating the deployment and management of advanced audio-visual infrastructure and applications, including Microsoft Teams-enabled devices, video conferencing, SBC, and digital signage technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the deployment of new voice and video infrastructure and applications.
- Partner with local businesses, global UC, and GIS teams to identify, prioritize, develop, implement, and manage technology services and digital workspace solutions.
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of cloud VoIP and video conferencing technologies and products, including Microsoft Teams, Logitech MTR solutions, Poly Teams phone, and AudioCodes SBC.
- Deploy and support video streaming infrastructure and CDN solutions.
- Deploy and support digital signage.
- Evaluate new technologies and platforms to determine their applicability to business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Skype and Teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, including workplace/end-user service design and management, commercial digital workplace application (web-based collaboration tools), and equipment.
- Microsoft-certified IP phone deployment and management (Polycom Trio, CCX, AudioCodes, etc.).
- Microsoft Skype/Teams certification is desirable.
