We are seeking an experienced track maintenance manager to join our team. As a Senior Track Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of supervisors and technical staff to plan, organize, and manage track maintenance activities in accordance with required standards.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and a minimum of 4 years' experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level. Experience in operating railway maintenance, track maintenance machine operation, or non-destructive testing qualification is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to plan, organize, and manage track maintenance activities
- Prepare cost estimation reports on project works and manage project programs
- Prepare procedures, standards, and work instructions to ensure compliance with relevant requirements and safety rules
- Conduct technical analysis, investigation, quality assurance, improvement actions, and associated duties to fulfill safety requirements and maintenance strategies
Working Environment:
The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be required to perform shift duties and work under adverse weather and emergency situations.
