Classy Wheeler Limited, a leading IT&T services company in Hong Kong, seeks an experienced Business Process Strategist to join our team.

Job Overview

As the key stakeholder, you will regularly review business processes to minimize operational risk and improve efficiency and productivity. This role is ideal for candidates with less experience who are looking to grow into a leadership position.

Responsibilities
  • Review and refine existing business processes to ensure alignment with system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with managers to design workflow solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct business process re-engineering, gap analysis, and improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to execute operational flow improvements and new initiatives.
  • Develop monthly reports with data analysis to highlight improvement areas for management decision-making.
  • Work closely with business users and IT teams to understand requirements and enhance system functionality.
  • Ensure smooth transition of migration and integration processes by following through on IT system integration.
  • Assist in managing project deployment, implementation, and support by designing implementation processes and conducting UAT.
  • Provide administrative support, including proposal preparation and project monitoring and coordination.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in telecommunications service industry and/or with IT knowledge and background.
  • Solid experience in project management and control procedures would be an advantage.
  • Candidate should be customer-focused, result-driven, energetic, and well-organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability to identify key issues and solutions systematically.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
