Job Summary

The Hospital Authority is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing occupational therapy services to patients/clients, including assessment, treatment program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients/clients, including assessment, treatment program planning and implementation, and related documentation.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of patients/clients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients/clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient/client needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • A BSc / BSc (Hons) Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Registration as an Occupational Therapist of the Register of the Occupational Therapists under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance and a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Occupational Therapists Board, Hong Kong.

  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

  • Appointed candidates may be required to work shifts and irregular hours as well as perform on-call duties.
  • Selected applicants will be subject to central posting and may be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA.
