Miki Travel Asia seeks a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Global IT team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in analyzing business needs and requirements to drive process improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities- Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate findings and recommendations.
- Influence relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for business change design and implementation.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Project Teams, and the Programme Management Office from the startup stage until the closing stage of assigned projects. Your expertise in data analysis tools and techniques will be essential in developing strategies to improve business processes and operations.
Additionally, you will create detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and changes.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, with minimum 3 years experience in business analysis or a related field. Business Analysis work at a Tour Operator Industry (or Travel Industry) is a plus.
