Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fund Services Manager to join our team. As a Fund Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and managing a team of senior officers and officers. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of clients and manage a team of senior officers and officers to achieve and meet their needs.
  • Use your experience and excellent organizational skills to help your team perform and grow.
  • Guide your senior officers and officers in completing their work and provide final level of review.
  • Identify and anticipate possible problem areas and offer suitable solutions to the client.
  • Guarantee all operational aspects of the account and manage the financial monitoring of the client portfolio.
  • Coordinate and validate all work delivered by the team.
  • Manage relationships with other service providers in the industry, including auditors, law firms, and banks.
  • Be actively involved in internal projects, such as product development, organizational improvements, and technical improvements.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in asset management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-10 years of experience working in asset management, preferably in fund houses, fund administrators, or the Big 4.
  • Several years of experience in Private Equity or Real Estate Fund Administration, including NAV calculation, Transfer Agent, and investor servicing.
  • Fully qualified Accountant (e.g. HKICPA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CIMA/ACA).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in any other Asian languages, such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, will be considered an asset.
  • Team spirit with the ability to work independently using your own initiative when appropriate.
  • Experience in leading teams and overseeing delivery to ensure multiple deadlines are comfortably met.
  • High level of IT literacy with strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of eFront and Yardi systems would be a distinct advantage.
