Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fund Services Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our clients. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients and leading a team of Senior Officers and Officers to deliver exceptional service and meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to achieve and meet client needs, utilizing your experience, organizational skills, and sound judgment to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions.
  • Guide Senior Officers and Officers in completing their work, acting as the final level of review and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Act as the central point of contact for clients, identifying and anticipating potential problem areas, and offering suitable solutions to meet their needs.
  • Guarantee all operational aspects of client accounts, including financial monitoring and client invoicing.
  • Coordinate and validate all work delivered by the team, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Manage relationships with other service providers, including auditors, law firms, and banks.
  • Participate in internal projects, such as product development, organizational improvements, and technical enhancements.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in asset management, preferably in fund houses, fund administrators, or the Big 4. You should have several years of experience in Private Equity or Real Estate Fund Administration, including NAV calculation, Transfer Agent, and investor servicing.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in asset management.
  • Several years of experience in Private Equity or Real Estate Fund Administration.
  • Fully qualified Accountant (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, CPAA, AICPA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with fluency in any other Asian languages considered an asset.
  • Strong team spirit, with the ability to work independently and use your own initiative when appropriate.
  • Experience in leading teams and overseeing delivery to meet multiple deadlines.
  • High level of IT literacy, with strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of eFront and Yardi systems a distinct advantage.
