About the Role

Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing offline marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our promoters to develop activations and events that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. You will also provide quality customer services, handle client account services enquiries, and assist in scheduling working hours and performance management/counseling operations staff.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin). A bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, PR/communications or related disciplines is required, along with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in securities firms/banking/marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement offline marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Work closely with promoters to develop activations and events that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Provide quality customer services and handle client account services enquiries.
  • Assist in scheduling working hours and performance management/counseling operations staff.
Requirements

  • Holder of SFC license Type1, 4 is an advantage.
