The Pictet Group is one of the world's leading independent wealth and asset managers, with a presence in 30 offices across financial centres worldwide. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Hong Kong.

Job Description:

You will partner with our business teams to provide high-quality HR advice and support, ensuring sound decision-making in managing human resources initiatives. Your role will involve implementing Pictet's HR strategies and key initiatives in the Hong Kong office, enhancing talent attractiveness and business competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of Pictet's HR strategies and key initiativesLead ad hoc projects and act as Payroll backup when requiredAdvise managers and employees on HR and organizational development mattersPartner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategiesInfluence and educate managers and employees on performance management approachSupport compensation reviews within the matrix structureEnsure employee competencies correspond to current and future needsFacilitate and drive talent reviews and succession planning

Your Profile:

  • Sound understanding and knowledge of HRBP activities within the Private Banking Industry
  • Strong influencing and collaborative skills
  • Self-motivated and independent, solutions-oriented with ability to identify process improvements
  • Solid team player with willingness to share and contribute to the team's success
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written), with a hands-on and positive attitude

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years' experience in the HR industry within the financial services industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields
  • Experience in HRIS systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese, and preferably Mandarin
