Job Summary

This is a key role within Christian Dior Couture, responsible for building and facilitating a strong clienteling community across the region. The successful candidate will develop a strategic action plan to drive client engagement and loyalty, while also identifying and integrating best practices in clienteling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and facilitate a regional clienteling community, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a strategic action plan to drive client engagement and loyalty, aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Identify and integrate best practices in clienteling, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Establish and lead regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities in clienteling, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Provide training and coaching to community members and boutique staff on clienteling best practices, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Host regional clienteling seminars, bringing together experts and internal leaders to share insights and best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of global CRM programs within the region, monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute regional CRM campaigns, aligned with business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to ensure local campaigns are aligned with regional business direction.
  • Analyze program and campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • University graduate in Marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience in marketing and CRM, with a significant focus on client engagement and community building.
  • Experience gained in luxury retail business and fashion house is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively train and coach individuals and teams.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and adapt them to regional needs.
  • Innovative and creative thinking, with a focus on client engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and trends.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, working gracefully with others even when under pressure.
