Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at Natixis. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the global market operations and regulatory functions across the APAC region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes and requirements related to operations and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations for operations systems and regulatory reporting.
- Identify and document system and process improvements to enhance operations efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired operations and regulatory reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, including functional specifications and user stories for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide input on new product and activity implementations.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- High level of autonomy and decision-making skills.
- Experience with SQL and scripting.
- Ability to work with time pressure and minimum supervision.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in a similar support and business analyst position.
- Experience in communicating with operations and finance teams to analyze user requests and requirements.
- Good understanding of fixed income and FX cash and derivative products.
- Experience with Finastra Summit/Calypso/Murex is highly desirable.
