Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and promptly report any inconsistencies in contract documents, including drawings and specifications.
  • Review and oversee the schedule provided by the Contractor in relation to the approved Works Programme.
  • Evaluate and monitor the submission timelines (drawings, materials, samples, etc.) from the Contractor, Specialist Sub-Contractor, or other subcontractors concerning Building Services/Electromechanical (BS/EM) works.
  • Assess and supervise the inspection schedules, testing and commissioning (T&C) schedules, procedures, and report formats submitted by the Contractor and other relevant parties for BS/EM projects.
  • Maintain accurate site records related to BS/EM works, including site record books and monthly submissions.
  • Oversee the BS/EM operations, monitoring labor resources, progress, materials, and equipment utilized on-site.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Meet the language proficiency standards of 'Level 2' or higher in both Chinese and English as per the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in supervising building services installations.
