About the Job

As a Senior Consultant, you will gain first-hand experience in the banking industry, develop expertise in various sectors, and apply best practices in project management within a dynamic work environment.

  • Independently lead the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and timely submission
  • Manage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and providing mentorship
  • Participate in business development activities, including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation
  • Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs and issues through interviews and workshops to translate requirements into well-formulated solutions
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients using business proposals and presentation decks
  • Document projects into systems and processes for management review
  • Maintain close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
  • Support team members with other project activities
About You
  • Degree holder
  • 6+ years of experience in Private Banking and/or consulting
  • Knowledge of Business Integration, Migration, and TOM projects within Private Banking
  • Good understanding of core business processes and products in Private Banking
  • Able to apply technology principles to business
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Highly analytical and structured in problem-solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
