Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to assist one of our key clients in achieving their sustainability objectives within their real estate portfolio and supply chain. This position is pivotal in implementing the environmental sustainability program and engaging with essential stakeholders throughout the organization.

As part of the regional operations team, you will be instrumental in executing the agreed-upon environmental strategies and monitoring performance metrics. Your ability to communicate effectively with global, regional, and internal teams regarding sustainability initiatives will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of environmental strategies and targets for the APAC portfolio.
  • Assist in regional budget planning and reporting to align with sustainability goals.
  • Oversee the collection and consolidation of environmental data for ESG reporting.
  • Track and report on performance against established environmental targets.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to implement sustainability roadmaps and provide guidance on achieving targets.
  • Facilitate site assessments and offer recommendations for emissions reduction.
  • Conduct regular reviews with key stakeholders to update them on progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Communicate success stories to promote awareness and engagement in the sustainability program.
  • Provide strategic direction to enhance service delivery to our clients.
  • Develop and deliver training materials based on best practices in sustainability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive sustainability professional with a proven track record in delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for sustainability and relevant qualifications in sustainability or engineering, with experience in property, building design, or management.
  • 7+ years of industry experience, preferably in a property-focused sustainability role.
  • Experience in consulting, program management, or client relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and improve systems for sustainability performance monitoring and reporting.
