Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Centre Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities in the SMC, designing and building batch job flows, and managing remote console access.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities- Lead the SMC team and ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Design and implement batch job flows that meet user requirements.
- Manage remote console access and monitor system messages and batch jobs.
- Escalate incidents to relevant support teams and re-run failed jobs after support fixes the problem.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in IT Service Management Centres.
- 2+ years' experience in Windows server administration (2003 and 2012).
- Proven leadership skills and ability to lead a team with shift duties.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows AD and cluster administration.
- Familiarity with AIX, Linux, IBM Tivoli, IBM MQ, IBM TSM, Symantec NetBackup/Backup Exec is preferred.
- Knowledge of Networking, Firewall, Storage, SAN Switch, Load balance, ISO, and ITIL.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
