As an Actuary Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our business segment. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment of regulatory capital and risk-based capital (RBC) calculations with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance and Reporting
- Validate RBC assumptions and perform stress-testing to assess capital adequacy
- Reserving and Financial Model Setup
- Develop and implement the reserving model for medical insurance business
- Perform adequacy testing to ensure compliance with actuarial and regulatory standards
- External Audits and Compliance Support
- Serve as the key contact person for coordinating with external auditors on financial and regulatory reporting
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Present financial and regulatory considerations to senior management and board members
