Role Summary:
As a Wealth Management Professional at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., your primary responsibility will be to serve as the liaison for clients regarding inquiries and provide team support. You will also analyze and monitor client portfolios, assist with other aspects of managing client relationships, drive and complete compliance requirements, and handle cash management, foreign exchange transactions, currency hedging, and money markets trades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing necessary support to internal teams.
- Analyze and monitor client portfolios, identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing investment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Develop and implement compliance programs to meet regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Manage complex financial transactions, including cash management, foreign exchange, and investments, in accordance with client objectives and risk tolerance.
- Provide ongoing education and guidance to clients on investment products and services, maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in wealth management, portfolio analysis, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- HK SFC paper 1 certification, obtained within the first six months of employment.
