  1. Lead a team of technical experts to provide technical solutions to customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Minimum 10 years of working experience in the technical service field, with at least 4 years at supervisory level.

  4. Strong sense of responsibility and customer-centric mentality.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Technical Services Supervisor role.
