ABOUT OUR TEAM
PSP Investments has established a significant footprint in the Asian private equity landscape, with current commitments exceeding C$5 billion. We have engaged with numerous private equity funds and executed various direct and co-investments in the region, with a robust pipeline of investment activities anticipated. This role presents a unique chance to be part of a vibrant regional office within a globally recognized investment firm. As a Private Equity Intern in Asia, you will experience a high volume and variety of deals, providing exceptional learning opportunities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Private Equity Intern, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive company and market analysis
- Performing financial assessments, valuations, and modeling
- Supporting transaction execution and monitoring of portfolio performance
- Preparing investment memoranda and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong academic background; a degree in business, economics, or a related field is preferred, though other disciplines will be considered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Previous internships in private equity, investment banking, or consulting are highly advantageous
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Asian languages and international experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with a solid grasp of corporate finance and essential accounting principles
- A proactive mindset and initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
