Principal Quality Assurance Auditor/Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Quality Assurance Auditor/Compliance Manager to join our team at Parexel. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate internal audits and audit programs, including complex and for-cause audits, to evaluate the quality system against regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic audit plans, and review audit reports to ensure consistency and quality.
- Act as a key contributor to the review of client audit and regulatory inspection findings, and provide strategic feedback and trending.
- Provide consultation and interpretation on regulatory compliance to internal and external clients, and act as a contact with members of Regulatory Authorities and clients.
- Develop and maintain network contacts with other QA professionals, and contribute to industry association boards, task forces, and committees.
- Oversee billable audit programs, create and maintain the Audit Process Plan, and coordinate billable audits across all regions.
- Maintain QA records and systems, and ensure Parexel and QA systems are regularly updated with accurate information.
- Optimize new and existing processes to maintain and improve quality standards, and support quality initiatives as assigned.
- Develop and present training courses, and train new and existing less experienced QA personnel.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel internationally for audits.
