Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System
  • Set up food safety controls and documentation procedures
  • Lead internal and external audits
  • Handle guest complaints and promote food safety awareness throughout supply chain management
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformance and quality assurance issues
  • Provide training, tools, and techniques to enable operation staff to achieve food safety requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Food Science, Nutrition, or related disciplines
  • Over 6 years' working experience, preferably in the Catering industry, with 3 years in managerial capacity
  • Qualified ISO 22000 internal auditor and experienced in following external audits
  • Experience in manufacturing industry and quality assurance is preferred
  • Solid experience in setting up and implementing ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and HACCP
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
