Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking an experienced Risk Management Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Develop and Implement Risk Management Strategies**: Establish the vision and strategy for enterprise risk management, working in conjunction with senior leadership across the organization.
  • **Risk Policy and Procedure Development**: Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • **Risk Analysis and Enhancement**: Perform risk analysis and enhancement in new business and investment plans.
  • **Internal Control Review**: Review internal control self-assessment reports from business units and provide recommendations on control enhancement.
  • **Chief Risk Officer**: Serve as the Chief Risk Officer of the company and appoint as the key person under the Insurance Authority.
  • **Risk Information Reporting**: Compile, assess, and report risk information to top management and the Board.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Degree holder in Actuarial, Risk Management, Finance, or related disciplines with professional qualifications in CFA/FRM/PRM/SOA.
  • **Experience**: Minimum of 8 years' experience in risk management, including 6 years in supervisory level.
  • **Actuarial and Risk Management Experience**: Actuarial and risk management experience in general insurance firms highly preferred.
  • **Risk Management Knowledge**: Solid knowledge of modern risk management theory, common practice, and overall risk management system, including insurance risk, market risk, credit risk management, and operational risk management.
  • **Analytical and Communication Skills**: Excellent analytical skills, high integrity, and good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing.
