Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Segment Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for formulating strategies to improve the quality and profitability of our high net worth segments. You will lead a team to support the growth of our DSB VIP Banking portfolio through effective business and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement acquisition, growth, and retention strategies for high net worth customers to achieve business targets and enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze customer behavior and needs, referencing market research and customer profiles, to propose actionable initiatives for customer acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrade, and customer loyalty enhancement.
  • Liaise closely with product and channel teams to cross-sell suitable products and services to meet target customers' needs, ultimately uplifting profitability of the high net worth segments.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor sales activities, marketing campaigns, and customer events, conducting evaluations and reviews as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with counterparts to drive the development of user-friendly and cost-effective sales and service platforms to improve customer experience at various touch points.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates to ensure they are competent to perform their jobs.
Requirements
  • Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in prestige customer segment marketing, and in banking field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and attentive to details.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
