Job Title: Assistant General Manager

China CITIC Bank International Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our credit risk management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank's risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Credit Risk Management Policies: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement credit risk management policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and the Bank's risk appetite.
  • Enhance Credit Risk Governance Structure: Review and enhance the Bank's credit risk governance structure, framework, and process to ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Coordinate Credit Committee Meetings: Organize and coordinate Credit Committee Policy Meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the committee meetings.
  • Support Key Credit Risk Projects: Support various key credit risk projects, including consolidated supervision on credit risk issues, connected lending procedures, and revamping of classification tools and guidelines.
  • Review and Enhance Risk Appetite Statement: Collaborate with relevant risk owners to review and enhance the credit risk sections of the Risk Appetite Statement/Framework (RAS/RAF) in line with business strategy.
  • Coordinate Risk Disclosure Information: Coordinate and provide support in the preparation of risk disclosure information of the Bank.
  • Facilitate Audit Field Works: Facilitate the audit field works and on-site examinations of Internal Audit Group, auditors, and/or regulators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: 10 years' relevant experience in credit risk management and analysis, with experience of risk policy formulation preferred.
  • Professional Qualification: Professional Qualification of Certified Credit Risk Management Professional (Credit Portfolio Management) (CCRP(CPM)) preferred.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of various banking products, including retail, corporate, and investment products, is an advantage.
  • Skills: Self-motivated, independent, strong communication and presentation skills, and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
