To cope with development, we seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment and enhance employer branding. As this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to assess staffing needs, develop a recruitment strategy, and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their hiring needs.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
- Identify, assess, and select recruitment channels to reach qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout selection and onboarding processes.
- Drive employer branding initiatives.
- Proactively work with HR partners to organize employee engagement events.
- Contribute to talent acquisition project development and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a proven track record in Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Sharp interviewing skills and questioning techniques.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, including social media platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven and committed to achieving recruitment goals.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
