About The Position

The Chinese University of Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled and experienced researcher to join its team as a Scientific Research Expert. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about advancing knowledge in the field of oncology research, biomedical research, surgical sciences, mechatronics engineering or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with faculty members in the Department to conduct translational research and secure research funding.
  • Conduct research and undertake teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • Undertake administrative duties in the Department, Faculty and University.

Requirements

  1. A doctoral degree and substantial postdoctoral experience in the relevant research area(s).
  2. Strong research accomplishments in grants and publications, with a good command of both Chinese and English.
  3. Ability to work independently and lead research projects.
  4. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

What We Offer

The appointee will be offered a competitive salary, estimated to be around HKD 550,000 - 650,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
