Job Overview:
The role of a Marketing Strategy Formulation Manager at Lumenis is to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote medical devices related to aesthetics in Hong Kong, while supporting the sales team in achieving their sales targets. This involves formulating ideas, planning promotions, and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and client bases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence.
  • Create and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including advertisements and product catalogues.
  • Cultivate new business prospects and nurture existing relationships with customers.
  • Analyze market intelligence to inform sales and marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Promote customer service excellence through external and internal channels.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder with 6 years relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty industry or marketing agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, brand management, digital marketing, and website analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, highly motivated, independent, responsive, and a good team player with a positive attitude.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Marketing Executive position.
