We are looking for a candidate who can manage all aspects of event planning and coordination, ensuring seamless operations and successful outcomes. The appointee will lead a team of event staff and helpers, providing guidance, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to establish strong partnerships, facilitate effective communication, and drive event success.
- They will prepare promotional materials to support marketing strategies, attract attendees, and enhance audience engagement.
- Evaluating event performance, collecting feedback, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and drive future event enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A recognized bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in event management or a related field.
- Proven experience in organizing and managing conferences or large events, demonstrating strong logistical and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with stakeholders, speakers, and attendees.
- Strong leadership skills to coordinate a team and manage event staff effectively.
Benefits
Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
