Job Overview
HKMU is seeking a highly motivated Part-time Research Assistant (E&L) to join the School of Education and Languages. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and producing promotional materials, updating webpages, and providing administrative support for research tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities
The appointee(s) will be responsible for:
  • Designing and producing promotional materials for the School and the Research Institute for Bilingual Learning and Teaching.
  • Updating webpages related to programmes and research activities.
  • Providing administrative support for research tasks, including database maintenance and record-keeping.
  • Supporting the coordination of research-related meetings, workshops, conferences, and events organized by the School and the Research Institute for Bilingual Learning and Teaching.


Requirements
Candidates should possess:
  • A recognized bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in Graphic and Webpage Design, with previous experience being advantageous.
  • Competency in computer skills, including proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, Chinese word processing, and graphic design software.
  • Strong command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated effective organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and motivation, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.


What We Offer
Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract commencing as soon as possible, with benefits provided in accordance with statutory provisions.
