Key Responsibilities- Network Infrastructure Management
- Maintain, improve, and optimize our WAN, LAN, and WIFI network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and high-speed data transfer.
- Manage and implement various storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and DAS, to meet our company's growing data storage needs.
- Harness virtualization technologies to reduce hardware costs, improve efficiency, and provide high availability to minimize potential service outages.
- Operate and manage our company's cloud platforms, including Microsoft O365 and AWS, to ensure maximum uptime and security.
- Design and implement appropriate technologies and security strategies to protect our IT infrastructure from cyber threats.
- Develop and implement IT disaster recovery strategies to protect our IT infrastructure and minimize downtime and data loss in the event of a disaster.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong technical skills in server and system administration, backup and disaster recovery, virtualization technology, and IT security.
- Experience with cloud platforms, including Microsoft O365 and AWS.
- Experience with storage technologies, including SAN and NAS.
- Familiarity with network and system monitoring tools, group policy, and PowerShell scripting.
- Hands-on experience in project and vendor management.
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good analytical and problem-solving capacity.
