Job Title: Marketing ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of event planning and execution at our client company. The ideal candidate will manage the operational logistics of events, ensure a seamless experience for attendees, and lead a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and agendas. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution. Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations related to events, including logistics, set-up, and breakdown. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue policies. Monitor and evaluate event performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor event staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative team environment. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and community organizations. Communicate effectively with attendees, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels. Assist in developing promotional materials and social media content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and operations, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
