Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of product strategies and marketing plans across various brands and regions. Your primary focus will be on creating and executing effective marketing tools, managing product communication activities, and providing administrative support to drive business objectives and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate, develop, and execute product and marketing strategies for assigned brands, leveraging expertise in product positioning, pricing, and channel management.
• Develop forecasts and manage stock inventory, ensuring optimal product availability and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate and provide administrative support in implementing marketing plans for products and services, driving business objectives and marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of actual marketing expenditures and supporting documents for comparisons against goals.
• Conduct basic research and compile data for analysis, deriving valuable market insights to inform business decisions.
• Create high-quality marketing materials, such as leaflets, banners, booth materials, and digital content, to effectively execute advertising and promotion activities.
• Provide administrative support in organizing product launches, exhibitions, media relations activities, and other events to drive awareness of products and services.
• Assist in compiling marketing information and updates, as well as market research data and analysis, to inform management reporting and strategic planning.
• Support business planning with internal and external stakeholders, aligning to business priorities and goals.
• Collaborate closely with external vendors and agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and maximize results.

Requirements:
• Degree or above in sciences or related fields, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• At least one year of relevant experience in product marketing or below-the-line trade marketing in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentational skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Strong organizational, maturity, and independence, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with excellent written and spoken language skills.
