Job Mission

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our material library, including hanger management, updates, and approvals. You will also work with suppliers to ensure sustainability certificates are valid and uploaded to our dashboard on time. Additionally, you will analyze data on T2 supply chain management, material consumption, and material traceability, creating SOPs, reports, and presentations as needed. Your expertise in textiles production, fabric construction, and functional performance will be essential in briefing suppliers on new and existing fabric needs, test results, and suitable end uses. You will also maintain our system and dashboard updates, including supplier contact matrices and material listings in PUMA's intranet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage material library, including hanger management and updates
  • Ensure suppliers' sustainability certificates are valid and uploaded to dashboard
  • Analyze data on T2 supply chain management, material consumption, and material traceability
  • Brief suppliers on new and existing fabric needs, test results, and suitable end uses
  • Maintain system and dashboard updates, including supplier contact matrices and material listings
Talent Requirements
  • High Diploma or Degree in Textile, Fashion, or Clothing-related discipline
  • 5 years or more experience in fabric development (knits and woven)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of textiles production, fabric construction, and functional performance
  • Familiarity with sustainability and traceability concepts
  • Strong understanding of testing requirements
  • Able to follow-through with attention to details
  • Practiced agile working techniques in dynamic environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
