Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of APAC Clienteling Manager. Our client, a renowned Luxury Brand, requires a high-caliber individual to lead clienteling strategies and activities in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive clienteling plans to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  2. Implement strategic initiatives to acquire, retain, and activate customers, ensuring alignment with the Luxury Brand's overall business objectives.
  3. Design and develop a data-driven approach to support CRM database marketing requirements, including data strategy and roadmap development.
  4. Oversee and manage ongoing CRM operations, procedures, and system issues, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  5. Allocate and control expenses within the given budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regular meetings and progress updates.

Requirements

  1. University graduate in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in a comparable role in the retail industry, preferably in luxury goods.
  3. Strong understanding of the luxury products universe and its nuances.
  4. Excellent client service mindset and communication skills.
  5. Leadership skills to develop and train others, ensuring a high-performing team.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  7. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
