About the Team:

- Lead and manage the asset management and leasing team, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analyses to identify opportunities for value creation and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and legal, to ensure alignment and effective execution of asset management initiatives.
- Oversee the acquisition, disposition, and management of real estate assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the portfolio.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and the board of directors on the performance and strategic direction of the asset portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, real estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in asset management/leasing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of asset management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
