Associate Consultant

Aon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Solutions group, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in achieving their strategic objectives through effective talent management.

• Collaborate with directors, senior consultants, and partners to deliver high-quality work to clients, including conducting research, gathering data, and analyzing information to provide valuable insights.
• Perform data analytics using Excel modeling techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets, drawing meaningful conclusions and providing actionable recommendations to clients.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations, working closely with directors, senior consultants, and partners to structure compelling and impactful presentations.
• Support directors, senior consultants, and partners in conducting client meetings and workshops, facilitating discussions, capturing key insights, and contributing to the development of solutions and action plans.
• Contribute to business development activities, such as proposal development, client presentations, and relationship building with potential clients.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, HR consulting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, HR strategy, and related domains.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to think critically, analyze complex data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
