Join Our Team as a Regulatory Oversight Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Oversight Management Professional to join our team at BNY. As a key member of our Regulatory Oversight Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of regulatory oversight and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reside in the business and support management in the day-to-day efforts related to first line of defense regulatory oversight management with laws, rules, regulations, and related policies.
  • Perform research and analyze relevant information and transactions that warrant further investigation.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties as needed and make recommendations on necessary procedural/control changes on regulatory oversight management matters.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to implement compliance policies and procedures, proactive and possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Verify practices against straightforward policies, with moderate supervision Document findings for management reports.
  • Gather data and prepare materials for more senior team members to counsel business personnel on first line of defense compliance with policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Japanese language proficiency desired.
