Multilingual Project Officer Position in Hong Kong

We are seeking a skilled Translator and Project Officer to join our team at E-job Agency Limited. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our projects by providing high-quality translation services, managing project-related documentation, and collaborating with colleagues across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and translate documents and materials between Japanese and English to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Provide interpretation and translation support during Zoom meetings with Japanese counterparts, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and other stakeholders involved in the project, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Manage, organize, and maintain project-related documentation, providing general administrative support as needed.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, preferably in linguistics, translation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese and English, with a JLPT N1 level certification is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in translation and interpretation is necessary, with prior experience working with property developers or in the construction sector being an advantage.
- Knowledge of property development or construction practices is highly desirable, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific terminology and concepts.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Competent in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with proficiency in using these tools to manage projects and collaborate with team members.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around HKD $24,000 - $34,000 per month, based on industry standards and market rates.
