You possess advanced Excel capabilities, alongside strong teamwork, numerical, and analytical skills. You are diligent, detail-oriented, self-driven, and proactive, with experience in Retail Data Platforms such as SAC, Looker, and Power BI, and are proficient in MS Office. Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin is advantageous.
What we are looking for:
Reporting to the Senior Executive of APA Regional Retail Performance, your responsibilities will include:
- Compiling monthly performance reports aimed at improving efficiency and design.
- Ensuring precise tracking and management of Retail KPIs for regional analysis and reporting.
- Mastering data sourcing from company platforms and establishing bookmarks for regular data needs.
- Assisting in defining data sourcing processes and report creation for new platforms like Looker and SAC.
- Maintaining accurate network operating information, including opening dates and commercial zones.
- Providing analytical support to the Retail Performance Team, including ad-hoc and seasonal analysis, along with insights for various departments.
- Supporting the preparation of presentations, such as creating market/boutique overview decks, and serving as the reporting and system expert for boutique and Retail office teams.
