The Learning Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to cabin crew members, ensuring they meet the highest standards of service excellence. This role involves coordinating training programs, managing logistics, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Programme Delivery: Collaborate with line managers to design and deliver training programs that meet performance metrics.
- Training Design and Delivery: Assist in the development of specific development programs and projects, focusing on Chinese culture and languages.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships between internal stakeholders (CXA) and BUs, as well as external vendors.
- Learning Management System Administration: Administer ad-hoc changes to the Learning Management System (Learning Hub).
- Training Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess cabin crew training performance, providing feedback and coaching to participants.
- Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate logistics for training programs, including course dates, venues, and course materials.
- Training Coordination: Coordinate and deliver training outside of Hong Kong when assigned.
- Education: Degree holder, preferably in education or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, and/or cabin crew/airport services.
- Language Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Cultural Knowledge: Strong knowledge and understanding of Chinese culture and languages.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows application software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Project Management: Experience in handling projects and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Adaptability: Open-minded and adaptive to change, with a willingness to work during rest days and public holidays.
