Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality training programs to cabin crew, ensuring they meet the required standards and performance metrics.
- Assist in the design and delivery of specific development programs and projects, with a focus on Chinese culture and languages.
- Manage relationships between internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring seamless logistics and administrative support.
- Administer ad-hoc changes to the Learning Management System (Learning Hub) and monitor cabin crew training performance.
- Provide feedback and coaching to participants, ensuring they meet the required standards and performance metrics.
- Plan and coordinate all logistics related to training programs, including course dates, venues, and course material transport.
- Degree holder, preferably related to education or training.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, and/or cabin crew/airport services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Chinese culture and languages.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Putonghua.
- Good presentation skills and listening skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
