Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a team leader in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent
  • Experience working in recruitment firms with training and KPIs, managing recruiters and inspiring performance
  • Previous experience as a 360 contingent recruiter with reputable billings
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required
  • Keen interest in technology and innovative tools to enhance recruitment processes
