Quality Assurance Supervisor/Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to oversee our QA training programs, handle customer feedback and complaints, conduct investigations, ensure occupational health and safety, manage accreditation processes, and assess training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement QA training programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct investigations to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure occupational health and safety standards are met and maintained.
  • Manage accreditation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with PIC/s GMP Standard. A PIC/s GMP background would be beneficial, but not compulsory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role with a focus on training and development in the pharmaceutical industry, factory, or MNC, with supervisory experience being a definite advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of QA processes, customer feedback handling, and complaint investigation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in occupational health and safety regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and other relevant software.
  • Experienced Senior QA Officers and non-Chinese speakers are welcome to apply.
  • Pharmaceutical experience is not mandatory. Factory or MNC backgrounds are preferred.
