About the Role
Senior Quality Assurance Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a Senior Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in overseeing all quality assurance activities and ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate effective quality assurance activities to promote delivery excellence and sustainable development of the quality management system across our global operations.
- Assist in both internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate training activities and perform post-training performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data to generate reports that inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively manage quality tasks with a focus on risk-based thinking and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Revise and maintain controlled documents, including forms and procedure manuals, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
Senior Quality Assurance Officer
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or quality assurance, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, risk management, and programming languages such as Macro, SQL, and Java.
- Experience in developing testing plans and coordinating quality assurance activities.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- A strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications
Senior Quality Assurance Officer
While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
- Experience in BSS/OSS systems or software product development.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and risk-based thinking.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude, fast-learning skills, and the ability to perform in a challenging environment.
